or "Defend Portal" where a brigade or small division of Illusionary Phantoms (for example) would guard the portal and attack any group attempting to pass thru.

"Set Traps" - this spell could be placed anywhere on the map (a portal being a great place) that would trigger when a group (Patrol and up) passes through that area. It could do anything from poisoning Leaders & Wizards to reducing morale to causing Attrition....or other effects. It should probably only last one turn or have to be maintained by the same wizard over time.

Not a spell but while we're spitballing I like the idea of being able 'turn' emissaries (to have them join your kingdom). Maybe an UN order for the future.
