How many standing orders can you have active at one time?
A certain base amount plus a certain amount per region controlled?
Is it 3/2 or 4/3 ?
Thanks in advance - I think there is a thread about this somewhere but after a half hour looking I'm at a loss... apologies.

If I have a standing order to raise a wizard and the group is not at a pop center, and I want to use the wizard to do a recon, can he still perform the recon or will I have to cancel the standing order to cast the spell?
My thoughts were that it would attempt to do the standing order but since I'm not at a pop center it's like an invalid order so it would go to the next. Just wondering.

I do not think this order will go beyond your first level up due to the fact your casters level is needed in the order. After one level up, your old order will become invalid since your caster level will be different from the one added to your standing order. It might work if you have multiple casters of the same level for a max of 3 turns or you swap in new casters.
799 is the order A- group number B - caster level (this is where you have an order issue).
Yes you can move and do a recon order 888 but the order checker will alert you once your standing order can not be valid due to casters not matching the caster level in the issued order.

No you don't need casters level.
All you need is:
799 - Group ID - wizard initials
I've had a standing order to raise 2 of my wizard from 2 to 4
