For Pagan games, the Oracle of the Old Gods artifact won't be placed on the map however the Ranger still gets the Sword of Alvinitar's location on turn 0 and the Dwarf still gets the location of the Axe of Farin and one Dimensional Portal (in region 3).
All Pagan games also last until turn 50 not the standard 40 turn limit.
BTW, since the Oracle of the Old Gods artifact was listed in the End of 2nd Cycle Changes document, the artifact is in all games that were started on the new system but not with any of the migrated games or game 300 since the artifact was created after 300 started.
