Game Processing News
Today (Friday 4/11) we have processed and emailed 130, 132, and 134.
We will run 128, 129, and 133 later today, likely early evening.

Please remember to label your email subject so:
100_AN_T1

with no "G", "Game", "Alamaze" or anything else before the game number. If it is a revised order set, add the one word "Revised" at the end of the subject line.

Game #128 has gone out retaining a Tuesday due date. Congrats to those achieving their ESO's. This game looks interesting - don't forget to post on the game's thread on the forum.

I am about dying doing the ESO for Master & Apprentice. This is over four hours of incredibly involved ESO rewards. I wish Ry Vor would get his act together and get the new routine to Cipher. This is incredible and I may need to quit tonight or quit altogether. I have no idea how they came up with this in NC, where there are conditions like "have the highest wizard on the board" (so all 15 kingdom results have to be examined, and just getting to groups within the system means over 100 pages have to be seen), or very simple conditions to achieve, but 7 different rewards, all in different databases and all cannot have the same name as already selected. I am about ready to shoot somebody. I also had to complete my taxes today. So I am working over 15 hours for maybe $30 and trying to grin. I really hope no one ever again says they don't care that everyone else charges 4x as much per turn and does 1/16th the work per week based on cycle and game volume, and just says, "that's what we expect from you". Again, it would be much appreciated if players get their turns in at least an hour before the deadline, and when warranted, make a positive post on your customer service experience. As far as I know, no one else even gets same day service and when we have someone saying, where is my turn, its been 5 hours since the deadline, post that to Suspense and Decision or someplace where they pay 4x as much and don't expect a turn for 5 days. Sort of got that off my chest.

So far 128, 130, 132, and 134 went out. I am not really close to finishing the ESO for 129 and am not sure I will tonight. I need a break. It''s been 15 hours so far. Please don't be late with your turns, don't mislabel, don't do revised turns.

Turn 10 for Master & Apprentice (Game 129) has gone out.

Warlords and Titans day. Games 125, 126, 127, 131, 220 have gone out, as well as the first Primeval game, #133, already through turn 9. Also good to see the Warlords games going past turn 15.

All games are out and on schedule.

Game #135, a Warlords Anonymous game processed today.
Game #137, the first Exploratory Primeval with Twists game was created today.

Today, Friday, we processed #124 (the oldest game still going), #133 (first Primevil on its T10 ESO turn), #136 (one new player missed the turn after we waited 3 hours). Once again, all turns are due by noon Eastern, USA. Newer players seem to sometimes disregard the time due and it is important to remember that is the real deadline. Many players submit their turns the night before the games are due.

We also created #138 - Exploratory Steel. No HP until turn 4, should be interesting to see how that changes the status quo early game strategy.

Every game has gone out as scheduled from the last update.

Today we processed both active Primeval games (on a M-W-F cycle), the one Titan game active, and all four Warlords games in play.

So, 125, 126, 127, 131, 133, 137, and 220 were processed and sent out.

Today we processed 128, 129, 130, 132, 133, and 134, which is all but Primeval 137 where one player got confused on which games were due today. Again, I have to remind players, the noon deadline is the deadline - I have been doing what I can to remind players of missing turns but this is putting me behind every day, so no one should expect the practice to continue. By not processing until after scheduled time, the system isn't available for development and maintenance. It is recommended you submit your turns the night before they are due to avoid unexpected time crunches.

Players in several games may want to start an Excel log with the days across the top and the Game #'s and names (Exploratory Steel, etc) down the left, and fill in the cells with the turn number for the date and game. Then color the cell when you submit your turn.

I'm pretty confident the 14 games we have processed yesterday and today is the most by any PBEM company.
