Removing Standing Orders

A better question, actually, is has anyone had success with order 50? I'd like to validate its been ok, as wanderer's example certainly seems correct...

I have the same issue in 104. It looked right to me but the order is still in place.

Jumbie, honestly don't know the answer, but I'd be curious to get Rick's and/or Cipher's take.

You used the word 'guard' but I suspect you mean counter-esp.

Did you actually use GUARD (925) or COUNTER-ESPIONAGE (920), because 925 won't stop rescues/escapes.

920 with a focus on prisoners. In my case at least.

The standing order was removed by Cipher.
