Wondering if others have come to see some rustiness as players in these first two Alamaze Classic games? Despite some good diplomacy early, and a flawless first two turns, I had a disastrous T4 and T13 and a couple other pretty messy ones, and my two declared enemies that came out of nowhere, the Elves and Black Dragons, planned their attack perfectly - the first time I moved pretty much everything out of Runnimede, they were there in force the next turn.

Rustyness abounds for me as well, I have made several poor combat choices and just stupid order entry errors that I would not have made in the past. My new game is getting off to a better footing only one error so far in two turns. I hope the trend continues to improve.

You have five declared enemies and you still have spells to spare???

Well, I don't know that "enemies" really captures the nuances of the relationships.
That's mostly a paranoid defensive reaction on my part. I'm sure the troops and emmies bouncing around the region are mostly bored tourists.
There are new results coming out for game 100. A kingdom had submitted proper orders, but the program did not read them in properly on the original run. The same order file was properly read on re-try, and the new results will stand.

No complaints here. The second set worked out much better for me!

I did that in my other game. I realized it on turn 9; I was sick.

The worst is when you go to do something, realize that the game wouldn't allow it, then it slips your mind a second time and you end up attempting it that way again and it fails.
