Also, since the starting area was with your capital, you could have left 4RD inactive to recuit additional WY on the netxt turn...

Eats up too many orders. I'm in favor of the earlier threat that talked about making XFer orders count as half an order or something along those lines.

More I think about it the more I prefer the way it is.
Everyone has the same logistics issues but then some positions will have more due to mass recruit special troops and whatnot... If it changes then those military positions might have an edge. Meanwhile the Political players have a bunch of Nobles/Agents sitting there still due to a lack of orders-
If it's that big of an issue you can raise your influence.
I said before it's "tedious" but maybe it's necessary.

I don't have a problem with it. It makes you really plan out your army logistics rather than change on the fly. I feel that it's actually more realistic this way. If you want to do it right, you make plans and you sacrifise elsewhere.
Half orders will never happen. The game just isn't programmed that way. Alamaze Online, whatever it ends up being called, may go the FoR route and make transfers free. We'll see.

Is Alamaze online something that's in the works?

It's all part of the dream now. If Alamaze is successful, then Rick can start creating expansions in games, kingdoms, and maps. The Online version would follow. I spend more time talking about it than Rick does. He's focussed on the current Alamaze and the next steps.

I would prefer the transfer orders be free, like it is in FoR.

Some orders ask for the initials of the type of brigades to be transferred, e.g. VE for veterans.
Just to confirm, would the Kingdom abbreviation be used for Kingdom brigades? e.g. UN for Underworld brigades? TR for Troll brigades?

If I have 2 artifacts in a patrol and I transfer all the figures and 1 artifact out of that patrol into another group using order 701, what happens to the artifact left behind?
Also, this situation occurs to me because there's no combine groups option before movement. There's a combine after movement and a late combine as well. It seems odd that there's no early combine of groups before movement.
