It wouldn't be fair if we both attacked the DW nation. I propose that you go elsewhere (as I got here first) and maybe I can trade you some food/gold at an above market rate. More than that, I cannot do in the restraints of the game. What say you?

GI - AM, The Giant kingdom is not withdrawing seeing that we can take control of the region this turn while the Amazons have not been able to take the region in multiple turns. The Giants have been planning this invasion for multiple moons. The fact that the Amazons kingdom arrived a little early is of no consequence. The Giants will make this offer. We will leave the populations in row L and higher to the Amazons, 2 villages and 2 towns. Everything below that will belong to the Giants. If the Amazon warriors cannot defeat the Dwarves at their capital, then the Giant Warriors will take that populations and trade for the populations at NF, but NF must fall to the Giants this turn to take the region. The Giants will turn the populations at NF neutral once the Dwarves capital falls. What do the Amazons say?

Giants just noticed that populations at NF already Amazons. If Amazons and Giants come to agreement, Giants not take NF, take Dwarf capital in place.

GI - AM, Giants make one other offer. Amazons must choose. Giants keep city in mountains, city in mountains Giants like. Giants also keep two villages, Giants like food, and Amazons sell Giants shiny Axe for 25,000 gold pieces. Amazons get all other populations and of course the region.

I am fine with your taking of the DW city at PJ, and two villages. I will keep my shiny axe, though, and the remaining PCs in Zanthia. That is a fair offer.

GI -> DW, I know it has been rude for Amazon Ladies and Giants to talk like you are not in the room. Amazon ladies want to operate on their own terms. Giants have own terms, not the same.
Giants don't know how the battle at your capital went, only know capital is still yours and first Amazon group moved away. Third Giant group and first Amazon group face off and are closely matched with damage output but Giants have much better defense and equipped armor. First Giant group also in region and is much better than first Amazon ladies.
Giants will help Dwarves for same deal. Giants get city and two villages, Dwarves sell Giants shiny sword for 25,000 gold. Dwarves keep region and Giants help defeat Amazons.

What you are proposing is in fact an alliance. Dividing up a region between two powers is fine, but what you are proposing is to actively help another kingdom against another kingdom in battle. In good faith, I cannot condone this action.
