Before we start picking kingdoms.

I propose we make it possible to draft the second kingdom in a region you already start in with your third kingdom. This was available in a recent warlords game and think it makes for a good option Incase your 3rd kingdom would only have bad choices. Just an option not required

Captains, you need to decide on this, otherwise we have people demanding a redraft.

This was the "Twist" in Confederations where you can have a second kingdom start in the capital region of another of your kingdoms.  So if you had Druid, you could take High Elves, but you couldn't take High Elves if someone else had Druid.


Really need to decide on this before making picks.
