While your offer was tempting I have no interest of getting between you and your larger cousin family squabble as you I am sure have no interest in getting between my and my Ugly cousins feud. So please try not to drag me into Dragon politics it rarely works out for any party involved.
If after that being said you would like to establish diplomatic ties of some sort just send back my emissary un-eaten.

Lord of spies,
I have no issue with you controlling four towns and four villages as long as I maintain control of the region. Please take any popcenters you find on the western side of the map. If you find a town in the Sea you should consider moving your cap there it will be safer there from any land invasion. Also if you do that do not neglect you defense and fleets in the sea of mystery, come to some agreement with the Ancient Ones and the Elves regarding sea patrols. Keep your wizards off the sea you don't want to lose one of them in error.
When 10 seasons have passed I would be willing to flip control of the region for a season or two to accommodate your early strategic objective(ESO). I would suggest going after the greater.
I would like us to declare each other allies before the year is full once I gain control of the region your Regional Reaction (RR) will go up which will help with the moral of you troops.

Greetings and Salutations to my northern neighbors. I would like to open a dialog with you and offer a NAP of 10 seasons with the opportunity to extend it when it expires. Also my only northern pop center is in the region of Torvale and I would like to keep it for its summer production. I also want to advise I will have an emissary visiting the Grand city of Meridon as he travels south. I will not be staying there and will not issue any orders regarding the city, on this you have my word.
