I'll take suggestions on how not to allow drafts to take a couple days to complete.

I'm thinking we set a time to do the draft - a majority can say which time, and then the whole draft is done in one hour, might default to 9PM Eastern, so Pacific Coast is home from work.  You have 3 minutes to make your choice, else the person picking next chooses for you.  With 24 picks, the draft is done in 72 minutes.

Three minutes would be to short. It would have to be like 60 mins. I for one am sleeping at 9 pm EST while I am on the boat.
