Ry Vor, as this game has filled and it's just us left-coasties taking forever (apparently, I'm not aware of where people live, but I certainly fit the bill) I'd humbly suggest you start the other queue. If it fills and the draft finished before this one, maybe give 150% points to those players. Or penalize the slow ones here.

Ok, if we were to determine Maelstrom championship invites as of right now, based solely on podium points, ignoring Confederation games and Mentor game, it would look something like this. Since only UM and VBM have multiple choices, the other backups don’t play into it.

AN - Brekk with 3+2 = 5
AM - VBM with 3 (Draugr backup with 2 if VBM takes other choice)
DE - UM with 3
LI - Wookie with 3
NE - UM with 3
RD - Conan with 3
DU - Acererak with 2+1 =3
AT - VBM with 2 (DuPont backup with 2 if VBM takes AM)
CI - Diamond with 2
RA - Eregnon with 2
SO - UM with 2
TY - DuPont with 2

This is 12 kingdoms but only 9 players, so once UM and VBM pick, we would need 3 more. Draugr with AM or DuPont with AT, then:

UN - DuPont with 1 (probably moot as he is in)
DA - Airetar with 1 
PI - Acererak with 1 (moot since already in)

This would leave a spot or two for status points. With two games outstanding and two more starting, I expect we will get more podium points and not get down to the status points.

Used all Maelstrom games except 5245 Primeval, 5275 Mentor team, 5295 Confed, and 5296 Confed. So we have ten completed, qualifying games thus far with likely 4 more that will finish.

I'm missing something.  The list only has six winners - those with 3 points in the kingdom total (or Brekk's 5), but if there are 10 completed qualifying games shouldn't we have ten 3's?

Yes, but 4 are repeat kingdoms so it doesn’t help someone to win as AN if Brekk has a win plus a second place.
