Having just enjoyed the hell out of Black Sails all four seasons on Starz, I will claim the Pirates.
Highly recommended, I think that's the best TV this side of Game of Thrones.

Somebody wake up DuPont. He created a paradox when saying wake him up when the draft is over when the draft can't be over until he is woken up.
I am assuming the initial conditions posted in the first post on this thread are in place and player enforced, namely,
"...a short "peace years" of say the first four turns where you cannot attack militarily (only) another kingdom's groups or PC's controlled at the beginning of the turn? "
