Well, I thought I had moved to a population center of yours, but it turns out that my military maps were slightly inaccurate. In the meantime, I think I'd like to choose a different point of reference. Did you happen to locate any artifact sightings? If so, let me know and I will propose a population center.

Sadly I did not uncover any artifact sightings despite searching 20 squares of territory. I am set to search another 20 this next month, which will hopefully be more fruitful.

Is there some amount of gold or other incentive that would allow you to occupy OP until T15? I need the city for my ESO and I was sure I would have my influence high enough by then but I do not. I will vacate this turn as promised but it means I will miss my ESO so if there is a payment that would work for you to let me keep it for 2 more turns that might work for both of us.
