The transfer is ordered. At this point, my groups have moved past every part of our shared region, so starting from your northernmost town in Runnimede, anywhere north or east of that town would be helpful to scout for artifacts. You can also use that town as the reference point for disclosing the results.
Also, I have not forgotten about our AIDS project, and you have my apologies for the delay in the project launch. I believe it will happen in the next two or three months.

* I will dismantle my fleet in the Sea of Drowning and cease sea patrols
* We'll enter into a pact of non-aggression until t25
* I'll gift the RA kingdom 25k gold as a token of friendship
As for the terms of the gift, I'm only able to send it next month, I trust that is acceptable.
