Greetings, Great Giant!

Welcome to the picturesque village of Wynand Cliff! We have no doubt you're patrol is only passing through on its travels. Please rest, eat, drink and enjoy our hospitality for as long as you like.

Cordially,
Roris Rex,

Great Giant,
The villagers have requested to know your intentions, however, so that they may plan accordingly. Giants do have large appetites, of course, and they may need to borrow wagons from neighboring hamlets to bring enough food in from the fields. Smile

Greetings Great Giant,

Given the distances between our lands it's my hope that there should be little reason for us to ever be in a position of conflict. I certainly have no aims on Arcania, which is awfully far for Dwarven troops to march. I humbly request a pact of non-aggression for whatever period you might deem suitable.

When I mentioned to the DA that I was just passing through his village that did not mean I am passing through on my way to you Dwarf Lord Smile

I have no plans to attack you and you would not be on my list to target but I have agreed to go raiding with the Black Dragon king so I should first make sure of his plans before I make any additional NAP's.  I hope you understand and I will get back to you about this.

In other news it seems as though the Wizard we spotted is still in play if there are any offers for his location and my backing off.  We've explored using 2 of the 3 different possible TACtics so our best Giant scholars have done endless calculations and advise us that we now have at least a 50% chance of knowing which Tactic will successfully recruit the wizard Wink

Great Giant,

From Arcania a village in Synisvania could only serve as a waypoint to the Talking Mountains, thus you can understand my trepidation. With or without a NAP I won't be taken easily by surprise by any Kingdom. (I suppose I would be surprised if the Troll showed up in the mountains!)

It's my hope that as you consider the targets for your raiding actions you take into account the relative strength of the arcane powers now compared to what they may be if left unmolested for too long. Should the non-arcane powers become entangled in war it would only serve the purposes of the magic powers.

Great King Stonethrower,

I would be willing to pay 40,000 gold for the wizard, assuming I actually obtain him. I could dispatch a group this month so the chances are high. We could use a common point of reference to exchange the knowledge, for example if you know where my Arcania village is yet.

No worries if the price does not appeal, I know you have some interest in the wizard yourself!

Best,
Bottlenose

I would only be interested in artifacts probably.

Hail Hearty Heroes!
I would not be overly concerned about the Large One's presence in my territory. The village he is visiting is not deep within the kingdom, but only on our border. It is easily on the way to many places.
