If Vball wants to play them it's ok....I just thought we were supposed to play the kingdom we ranked in. I haven't placed as any other kingdom.

I would say any trade of kingdom between two players that control that decision (1st place or dropped higher ranking) is fine as arbiter of such things.
Again, JF and VBM picking early helps clear the road, and then you could still trade afterward if the other player is agreeable.
With Ryvor's option in mind. Mad Hatter would you accept the BL, RD or DW in trade?
