BL-TY: One cannot trade food for an artifact. Here is what I propose, if this works for you. Starting this turn (10)
Turn 10: I trade you 36000 food for 10000 gold
Turn 11: I trade you 10000 gold for the ring
Turn 12: I trade you 30000 food for 30000 gold

Let me know if that works - those are the terms you offered, just with a slightly different order configuration to get around the trade of food for the artifact and I don't need the ring until next turn.

BL-PI: I will declare you an ally this turn. I need to do some math to figure out how much I can safely trade over the next three turns - I don't want you to get accidentally stiffed due to disruptions in the supply routes. I will let you know before this next turn runs.

Okay, to be safe and leave me margin for error, how about if I send you 72k food and 80k gold? That earns you 18k and 20k, so if we split the profits, you send me 81k food and 90k gold in return - does that work for you?

LI - northern folks

We to would like to trade gold for food during the summer months. Would someone be willing to trade 10000 food for 10000 gold on turns 11 - 13? If easier I could do 20k for 20k on t11 only to save an order.

(PI) Would I earn the trick of trade on a universal gift or do you have to make a trade?

BL-PI: You get the trick of the trade so if I send you 72k food and 80k gold, you receive 90k food and 100k gold. Just be aware that you have to have the amount you are sending back in your treasury at that time as it's random who's trade goes through first. You can't count on having my money to send it back, if you understand what I mean.
