Good King, Loman Firebreather apologizes for the delay between replies to answer your concerns. In Our kingdom, it is the Season of the Immaculately Hatched Egg - Our biggest celebration and the palace is busy being overrun by little dragons. There are two things We need to inform you of.
On the way out of the mountains, we spotted no neutral population centers. All We found was one of yours and the village belonging to the Witchlord. As We do not believe that you are interested in targeting that, there was no need to share it. Also, much to Our embarrassment, We were confused when we said we had a village in the Mountains. In fact, the one were were thinking of was in the Mists, only right on the border and We were momentarily thrown off. Borders mean little to those who soar over them.
In exchange for any confusion this has caused as well as your alliance against the Old Crone of the South, We offer to you what We had offered to the Giant; a town and a village inside the Steppes. We hope that this makes up for our tardy reply.

Great Ally, the Tremendous Majesty and Stonefriend, King Loman Firebreather,

We thank you for your excellent reply and kind offer. We gladly accept.

There is a neutral town two map squares south of our own town in the Eastern Steppes... we will plan to move there this month. We have not yet found a village, but we will look in the borderlands and inform you as soon as we find one.

Shall we arrange for the return of our Count this month?

Best,
Grundun, Chief Diplomat for the Dwarves

PS: An alternative measure to the neutral town, for your map purposes, would be five east and seven south from my starting village in the Talking Mountains.

We will be returning your Count this turn for 1 gold. We believe the first town you mentioned would be fine.

Yoda, of the Secretive Ones:

My liege has agreed to provide you with lodgings in Oakendell for as long as you wish them. I have identified a beautiful little town in the forest, hidden from view, protected by my archers on all sides.

Please advise when you wish to take up residence and we will ensure that the bedding is made and the area is cleared for your use.

I trust this satisfies our arrangements and your good wishes will be for the health of my King.

Eager we are, our Oakendell mission to start. Moving north, our emissary will begin. Credit for protection, immediately you have.

UN-BL

My ally we ask, are there divinings you want? For those not protected, I can do. If no requests you have, the Elves the next opportunity will receive. And also, a town for me, you have, did you say?

UN-GN

The same box, for 978, we are searching. A 4th village, I have found. So only 3 spells, I will ask. The castings, do you know when, can I ask? The region you will take, this turn, I hope! And stupid I feel, for the voting to forget. A newbie mistake, to repeat I cannot.

UN-ALL

The revealings to come, in 2 turns I predict. Arrangements you will make, to avoid this, I hope!

Tremendous Majesty and Stonefriend, King Loman Firebreather,

No luck finding a village in the Eastern Steppes this month, I will continue looking, unless you've found one yourself that is not of interest to you. If so, we could use my starting village in the Talking Mountains as a point of reference, again.

Best,

Unfortunately, We have not had as much luck finding villages as We have had towns. We now know were all the towns in the Eastern Steppes are but perhaps only half the villages and those We are moving on. Next turn, We should know all of them and can share a location with you then. For your information, the Old Crone of the South's puny village will be added to Our holdings this turn.

Hated Cousin, while the numbers of the Dragons are small and We hate to see them lessened, that foolish Baron that you lent to the Old Crone of the South's cause is no more. We gave him a proper roasting before sending him no his way.
