Not quite standard issue but can be requisitioned from the armory by request.
Many changes are intended to lots of kingdom dossiers, and the Dwarves, who some seem to disfavor, are the first to see some of that realized, along with learning the portal to Runnimede.
I am getting reports that the Dwarves are not always living down to their perhaps-not-deserved reputation. Have you seen their special abilities?
