I'm not Ry Vor, but given that there are still some 2nd Cycle changes to make, and some discussion to be had about 3rd Cycle, I can almost guarantee that 3rd Cycle won't be starting for at least a couple of months, and that's probably an optimistic estimate. So it's probably safe to sign up for this one, Titus.
