Today we processed 116, 118, 119, 123, 124, and 125.
Grasshopper finds the ESO turns quite taxing, and if you have a game on an ESO turn (10 or 15), your game will likely run later / last that day.
Once again, players did great in getting turns properly submitted.
We did have some support issues yesterday and today regarding ESO's and recent code changes effecting sea movement.
To clarify on the questions to support: if you believe there was an error, which could most likely happen on new code or manual things like ESO or game setup, by all means send those to support with all detail you can manage provided. Always put in game #, turn #, position, and all details on the problem and the evidence you have that it is wrong. We have had a few of those today and yesterday and they have been fixed and there was no fee involved.
A fee is likely to be incurred with this kind of request for investigation:
1. Why didn't I win the battle?
2. What happened to my Baron?
3. Why didn't I get a better random result?
If your question in itself provides all the details so that the support person doesn't have to go into the system and knows the answer, of course there is no charge.
Always remember this forum is here for all general questions not related to a specific game situation.
