The problem with these rules is how open our communications must be. I propose we train herds of messenger rats that we can use to send messsages back and forth and avoid prying eyes.
Failing the approval of the powers that be, even though nothing prohibits rat communciation, we might have to work with bounties rather than specific targets. You issue bounties and I get paid when I deliver the... pelts.

Circling back to this topic... I'm interested in purchasing some artifacts. We won't concern ourselves with "how" those artifacts are acquired. Would you have or know of any that might help with production or distance sight? Perhaps a Plow or Crystals? We're not even sure what the options are, but we are curious...
