We next pick the 2 unassigned kingdoms (1 each side alternating picks) and place them in a region. After that we progress alternating good and evil assigning the remaining kingdoms. So your next one (after we pick) must be one of CI, NO, PI, SO,UN,GN, LI. Then those are off the table and we assign the pre-determined kingdoms to regions 1 at a time.
After our pick you are always able to just list all of yours if you are sure they won’t change.

u-u-u-u uhum... We will pick the 4 unassigned kingdoms in an ABBA fashion, since the "good" kingdoms choose first, we get our two picks. Dr. Evil, if you would please....

Actually since I don't think we are picking any neutrals, it won't matter, and we only assign kingdoms to regions once all are choosen, or, as Relgar suggested, maybe we just do that in the game creator.
Or maybe Rick needs to know that to create the game?
