Team Captains: Before T1 processes.... are there any restrictions on HC motions/votes (like in Warlords)? Also, I'm presuming you can only Ally with kingdoms within your own team? Just want to be clear before things start.

I would say only restrictions on H.C. is no secret vote. Only can ally with team.
(On opposite teams)
