Sea Move?
#1
A question:

A group is t a pc in the water, and issues a move order. All the locations moved to are land location (for example, 1RA is at QQ and wants to move QR, Qs, QT). It looks as though this is a 710 order if I read things right. Is this the case? Is the move subject to interdiction by a non allied sea patrol?

Aye. Myself among those who have learned the hard way.

That is the whole purpose of the Sea Patrol; to find your army at sea and to send them to the bottom.

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Anyone who reads this post should feel completely free to ignore, disregard, scorn, implement, improve, dispute, or otherwise comment upon its content.

Said another way, what is this in English?

Man, I gave an example. Trying again:

1. You have a group at a pc in the water
2. You want to move them
3. All the move squares are on land. E.g. your fist move and all subsequent moves are land squares.
4. Is it still a sea move that requires a 710 order, and can the moving army be intercepted by a hostile sea patrol?
5. Answer is yes, it is a sea move and can be intercepted.

Even if it's just a short distance over water, the armies were still sitting there on ferries and are vulnerable to the enemy fleet that sails up with loaded catapults.
