Had a group with only 1 (flying) Specter brigade that acquired the Green Dragon Mates from and a sighting and this prevented 727 that turn. I'm fine with it and it is correct by 'letter of the law' but just wanted to mention in case GM wants to amend. Can't the Specters just fly next to the Dragon couple?
