Transferring between groups .....

The transfer figures orders allow for 2 leaders and a wizard, I believe. Frequently, wizards have their own ways of moving between groups.

You are correct, of course. I worded it poorly. I was just hoping ofr more flexibility, The only thing that REALLY irks me is that you lose figures if they try to come into a full group, even if you have an inactive group available (say, for ESO success or whatever). But we had a thread on that already as I recall
