Another Question on Teleporter Gates
#1
So having gotten into a team game, I can see where this info might come in handy. Since it is still turn 0, obviously no one has found one but....call it for future reference Smile

Assume I've been told the location of a teleport gate by an ally. Can I use the gate just he would, using the info he found out? (order number etc)

Do I have to investigate the sighting for myself first?

Since I know what I would find in an investigation, can I investigate the sighting and also issue an order to move through the portal on the same turn?

I believe that you can use it without having to investigate yourself.

You can also investigate and use it on the same turn. Just use the 726 order. Just be aware that you will automatically lose morale when you use the 726 order even if you don't make it through the portal.

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Anyone who reads this post should feel completely free to ignore, disregard, scorn, implement, improve, dispute, or otherwise comment upon its content.

This is what I thought too, but wanted to see if anyone had tried it already.
