The Crown of Anzu has fallen into my posession. Never having possessed this artifact before I am unfamiliar with how it works. Would someone be so kind as to share how to use this artifact? Thank you in advance.

Transfer it via agent to your King's possession. Boom, +2 Influence.

Above 20, yes. Not above 25.

If your influence would be less than 20 without the Crown but is currently more with it, does the limitation of raising influence via 480 still apply? If not, then I assume a King might remove the crown, raise his influence to above 20, then put the crown back on, which is somewhat clumsy.

You could do the latter, but it will require the extra orders and clumsiness.
Otherwise, influence is influence, and you can't 480 above 20, even if part of that is from the Crown.

Fair point. Pretty sure I remember this failing several months ago, but I could be wrong.
