Teleport group to sea location?

Is it possible to teleport a group to a PC that's located on the sea if I have sufficient fleets in that sea to hold them?

Based on the rules, I don't think so... but I'm not 100% positive. If memory serves, you simply can't teleport to a sea square no matter what. Per the spell descriptions, "you may not designate a sea terrain as the destination." Which makes sense, because it would be pretty darn tough to make sure you teleported onto what, essentially, would be moving targets (decks of ships).

To my knowledge you can't. Just like you can't end ship of mist in a sea square.
