Two more artifact questions

Do the Gem of all Planes and/or Staff of the Great Orator need keys?

If so, which keys?

Something like that but pretty straight forward. Good to divine King artifacts if your looking for those kind of artifacts. Also can get Elans key and ring of power key or the great orator staff location or staff of distain. All nice items
