Guys if a town is neutral and i try to usurp it with my baron using 330, would i look at the chart under Town 1 step or Town 2 step. Cause my baron failed which seems strange considering my influence is 12 and the region is friendly.

Unless there is another Emmy blocking you the Baron should have had no problem taking a friendly neutral town. I am guessing your taking about g148. Work with that Dusi guy it could be a know issue where sometimes a capital of a removed kingdom still holds its capital status even though neutral.

Read your report again and if your sure no Emmy is blocking then yes contact support. If you have a scout by chance even better. Explain it well and they should be able to check if it was a removed capital.
