Sea patrol and sea battles can kill brigades. Sabotage and not having fleets for reinforcements won't.

Looking thru the orders, and can't find any order that will allow me to learn if a sea patrol is being conducted any kingdoms.

Correct, you won't know that until you experience it. Smile You can only find out how many fleets a Kingdom has in a given sea.
