Teleporting patrols

Does the Teleport Brigade spell work for Patrols? i notice it starts at brigade and goes up to army group, but I don't see a spell for teleporting a patrol.

Yes, teleport brigade (or I suppose any of the teleport group line of spells) will work with a patrol.
