Hi all!
My food forcasts from T1 were way off from my T2 results (by something like 37% under). I must be overlooking something. Do the forcasts not take into account seasons or something?

The forecasts do take seasons into account, but not pcs you may have lost. If you want me to take a look, send the relevant data to ded127@aol.com. I am only in the games below.

Thanks to you, I realized what accounted for the difference. One of my armies took a village, so that unanticipated village's production was added to the actuals and not in the forecast.

also troops died during the combat does not consume food, so the forecast may appears to be underestimate.
