Has anyone used the Fallen Angel yet? I am struggling with how to do it.
I can do the summons, but it has to be to my own pop center, but then I see no Fallen Angel in my tabs to use this turn on someone else's pop center.
Does it come next turn and I can use it once?
I read through the rules, but just can't figure it out.
