Two points.
1 - Is there any way to catch a missing/dropping kingdom before they have missed two turns of orders?
2 - This was a good player and the kingdoms are in good shape, though now 2 turns behind.

I thought on hold for player somewhat was that
I guess here he missed some turns and decided to just drop at that point.
Sorry if I falsely advertised these kingdoms I could only go by what I saw from afar

Nope. You're fine. The kingdoms are good, just a couple turns behind on reaching for ESO and developing, and it looks like some folks did notice that DA/DE was not entering orders.

Just a game, anyway. My orders are in.
