Can some one either post a link or explain to me some of the kingdoms special abilities that are not listed in the traits sections. For example, I am trying to find abilities like the Halfling ability to get a recon report of all his population centers. Are there other abilities such as these? I have seen the hidden alcoves on some kingdoms, but that shows up on the dossier but some abilities I ca n not find.
