If you transfer figures that will cause a group to have more than 3 leaders shouldn't 742 cause you to drop the lowest leader (as 740 does)? The order tracker says this is an error and will not permit the transfer at all.

order tracker is correct. 740 and 744 will remove excess leaders and wizards. 701 and 742 will not also getting leaders/wizard from ESO will not replace a lower ranking one.
