There was an issue sending out game 183's emails which ended up freezing the server. The player's turns were created successfully but emailing them caused the server to hang which prevented the other games from being processed today. I had to clear the locked process and restarted the server (around 12:30pm EST). If anyone received two emails for 183 today, ignore the first one.
