I assume you take a "Surrendered kingdoms" PC's thru emissaries or groups , right ?
But what about a Capital ??

Has to be the old-fashioned way. And all the benefits will apply to his natural enemy, so I'm sure RA will be very happy to see you take the TR capital in 108.
