Excesive Recruiting

I completely forget what happens in this case. I know that when you recruit more than 2 brigades in a turn the PC will rebel, but do you get the excess recruits? If you recruit 4 times do you get 4 brigades and then loose the PC or only three and then loose it? Or, only two and then loose it?

I believe you can get 3 and then it rebels.

Wow. That's a bonus. In FoR, I believe you would fail to recruit any, if memory serves me correctly.

Not so unless it is your capital. You can recruit three from another pc. The downsides are that the extras will be green in experience and the pc will go neutral.
